Not a huge difference between both Microsoft versions, just some additional or advanced feature you will be experience during using it, Microsoft try to release it on smart devices. But what about 2010? If you compare both version than I go with old one, because of easy to use and familiar features.
The other disadvantage of 2013 is you can connect this with only windows 8.So you have to purchase windows 8 before apply for that.
But if you have resources than I advice you to use it, not just for advance version but you must know about the latest technology and where the world is going?
